What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
Good morning! I'm stuck doing training videos at work. Mandatory annual security training stuff, but I feel like my time would be better spend just getting to work. Ah well. I'll update here instead :P
qotd: we have a Costco membership and it's come in handy buying litter and food for our 3 kitties, stocking up on protein shakes, and there are some food items we love. Fage yogurt is a much better deal there than our regular stores, and they carry a chicken maple breakfast sausage I love, and it's less than $4 for quite a large package. The package is divided so it can be easily split and frozen. I feel like they carry great things I don't see anywhere else. I ought to post my membership card photo one of these days it's HILARIOUS. They caught me mean-mugging someone!
todays eats:
breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with salsa and cheese
lunch: hot buffalo tuna packet on a bed of spinach, tomato slices
snack: cottage cheese and Oh, Snap! Pickled carrots
dinner: on my own tonight, I might make up some smoked sausage and shrimp with Cajun seasonings? We'll see.

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! I am back at the office this morning and my day will most likely be spent catching up on emails (it's been an hour and my emails are still loading) but it will be nice to get caught up and back to my routine.
QOTD: We have a Costco membership but we get a discount with my husbands work so it's not too expensive.
Accountability: I added protein cake bites and a banana
Time since surgery: 3 years 3 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Salami, Carbmaster yogurt, mixed nuts and a SF popsicle when I get home
D: TJ Chile lime chicken burger, cauliflower mashers topped with cheese and bacon bits
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with toasted coconut and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
