What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
Good morning. I slept in a bit this morning so this will be a quick post.
QOTD: Do you shop at any stores that require a membership? We have a Costco membership and Amazon Prime. We're big fans of both. I love the selection and value at Costco, and the convenience of Prime. There's a large chain up here that's supposed to be introducing a paid membership in addition to their free points. If you buy the membership it's supposed to give you things like free shipping if you order online and some other stuff. I really can't see myself buying that.
Accountability: It was not good yesterday. I did choose Protein first at the buffet but i just ate too much. And was peckish later in the evening. Not a good day.
Menu: B: Protein shake
L: Cafeteria meat choice - not sure what that is just yet
D: still haven't cooked the chicken so that will be tonight
The scale is up .3 today. On track for vitamins and water

Good morning Teena and menu folks! It is a little cooler this morning, but I think I will still go out for a lunchtime walk today. Yesterday's walk was fabulous with lots of sunshine and very little wind. But December is almost here along with colder weather. I'm glad that I have swimming when the weather gets bad.
QOTD: We have Amazon Prime, but not Costco. I just wouldn't use Costco enough to make the membership worth it. We do use Prime alot though.
Menu:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, hard boiled egg, turkey sausage
Snack: Cappuccino protein shake
Lunch: fish, collards
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast, apple
Dinner: BBQ chicken, broccoli slaw
Exercise: long walk, deep water aerobics
HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.
Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!
Today I have my yearly doctor's appointment with my family doctor and then from 4-8 pm I am dressing up and playing Mrs. Santa Claus at the Downtown Christmas Walk. I've done this for several years now, but I was a plump Mrs. Claus when I started out and now I'm a thin Mrs. Claus, but I don't think the kids mind.
QOTD: No, I don't belong to any stores that require a membership.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 72, Calories - 1,010, Carbs - 83.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: cheesy chicken, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: not sure yet, I probably won't eat anything until after I get home after 8 pm.
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups
E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
