Dehydration is a very serious thing even for folks that have never had WLS. You may have been partially dehydrated before this happened and then not drinking the whole day really did you in.

I get that when your family is sick you take care of them, but you really need to make sure you take care of yourself also. Just think if you hit your head on the tub and died. And that is a very possible thing.

Get drinking as you have a bunch to make up.

I am indeed making up for it today!
