Stall!!!!!! How long?
surgeey was Oct 17. I have lost only 19 pounds. Last week i only lost 2 pounds and none this week. I only weigh once a week. I know we are all different but i thought i would be down more by now. How long did your stalls last? My calorie intake is always below 500. Generally below 400 so how am i not losing. And i am making good choices. Just so darn frustrating.
as I'm sure you've read, most of us experience the "three week stall" (it's not always the third week - but sometime within the first 4-6 weeks after surgery, most of u**** our first stall). Mine lasted two weeks.
I was about where you were at that point. I wasn't a fast loser, but I was persistent and lost all of my excess weight. Just stick to your plan...

what does your menu consist of? Are you getting 64+ oz of liquid a day?
I agree...I've been through at least two 3 week stalls and I gained weight during the preop liquid diet....but...despite all of that I reached goal and I'm down 150 pounds. Just keep doing what you're doing you're going to be OK. Alot of water and exercise is key. Also, have you checked your measurements? Sometimes they continue to go down even when the scale doesn't. You're definitely on the right path! Nance
You are a sleeve to RNY revision so you may lose more slowly because of that. Just keep doing what you know you are supposed to do and you will lose weight.

My experience was much like yours... I was very confused. Once I was able to take in more calories and fluids the weight started coming off. I still stall though. Sometimes two weeks without weight loss. But I just stay in line with food and it eventually starts again.
