The first week is the hardest but it does get a little easier. Hang in there - it's worth the effort! Good luck!

It does get a bit easier and it is a necessity that you follow the diet. A fatty liver will endanger your life. I assume you can have broth and sugar-free jello (Walmart has a brand found near the yogurt section called Winky's and it's only 5 calories a cup) and sugar-free popsicles. Those were my mainstays at night. You will get through it.

You should be able to but that's my bariatric clinic. Just be sure it is all sugar fee.

Just remember the prize at the end. I had 3 weeks of clear liquids. I did not cheat as I wanted it to badly and I was paying out of pocket. If you can't keep with requirements before surgery it will be difficult afterwards too.

Especially crackers, they are carbs (except healthy carbs from veggies and beans). Carbs are not good for us after weight loss so it's best to get them out of your life before too. Carbs and sugar are the biggest causes of post weight loss regain.
