Here's to a very thankful Thanksgiving...
Well it's early morning here in Ohio and I thought I would jump on here and tell all of you wonderful people that I truly hope you all have a fantabulous Thanksgiving tomorrow. Today marks 8 weeks since my surgery, wow how times flies. I am finally back to work full time, as of last week. So today I have to work 8 hours (1/2 of which will be sitting at a desk) then I get to come home to make my 2 desserts for tomorrow, both low carb, a P.B. cheesecake and a pumpkin mousse. Then tomorrow I'll make my son's corn casserole and for me and other low carbers, I'm making a Christmas cauliflower recipe I found on pinterest. Actually I found all my recipes on Pinterest. Then were heading to my parents where I'm hoping to wow at least a couple members of my family with my weight loss. I still don't see it much but my children both say they def see it,so we'll see. This year has been a doozie, from having my surgery to very unexpectedly loosing my grandma. But I am so thankful to be here and able to get around soooo much better now. Any hoo, Here's for a veryyyyy Thankful Thanksgiving....
