I'm so glad that your results turned out well! I am way behind on reading and scanned the daily threads to see if you had posted the results.

Sorry I missed Day One if Gratitude Week. So here's two:
1- one of my favorite NSVs - running up the stairs at my house. Not worrying if I forgot something that I had to make another trip.
2- In the same vein- grateful don't have to think so hard about life, especially in public places. Will I fit?
B: usual latte, bacon, lite mozzarella, eggbeater omelette
grilled chicken, SF cranberry melt on low carb pita.
D: TJ Mahi burger, spinach
snacks: ?? Protein drink or bar, Greek yogurt, trail mix

You are Soooo right..I am a master planner and I didn't even realize it...my favorite future nsv is going to be....just doing....without having every move pictured and sequenced... just good old doing....such an insight for analytical me....just doing it...maybe one thing at a time and that will be ok!!!!!

Morning all! Happy Tuesday!
Supposedly today will see a bump in temperature, lasting us through Thanksgiving. It's going to hit 85! Doesn't seem right!
QOTD: I have always felt comfortable in my car, so no NSVs there. In general, since i am still very much in the middle of losing, I feel like a butterfly in a chrysalis, no longer quite the chunky caterpillar but not yet the slender creature I'll become. Still feeling introverted about my appearance, but knowing that time is coming to an end. I'm grateful to be transforming after a long period of feeling absolutely stuck.
First: Coffee with cashew milk, Cinnamon Buns protein drinkk
B: 2.1 oz. chicken thigh
L: 0.7 oz. ham, 0.3 oz. cheddar
D: 2 oz. tilapia, lemon
Lots of tea
Have fun today, RnYers!

Good morning everyone! I'm still sick and foolishly came into work... I will be going home soon after I catch up a bit, but I couldn't wait to post today! It's my surgiversary! One year ago to day, I weighed 309 pounds and today I am 165! The last time I weighed this I think I was in 8th grade, seriously. I went from a very tight 24/3x to a comfortable 10/M and I'm just floored at the changes in my body and my life. WLS was the best gift I could have given myself. I'm not done though, I am still determining my goal weight and I know this is just the beginning of a lifetime of hard work and commitment.
QOTD - I'm so thankful for my surgery!
Accountability - ate lighter than planned - tons of fluids and popsicles
1 year today~165.1
b-coffee w/hc, SB venti quad latte w/spenda
l -probably meatloaf or eggs
d- meatloaf or eggs
v//l on track
Before - This was from 2 or 3 years ago easily 300+ pounds
This morning - what does a girl that has lost 144 pounds wear? Horizontal stripes of course!
Have a n amazing day everyone
