Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!
QOTD: We are having two Thanksgiving dinners. One this Sunday with our family (because some of them are going to in-laws on actual Thanksgiving Day) and another one on Thanksgiving Day with a distant cousin and her family who invited us over. For our family gathering I am bringing relish trays, rolls and an apple pie. I am bringing relish trays to the one on Thanksgiving Day. I'm looking forward to both of them.
Accountability: Protein - 104, Calories - 970, Carbs - 77.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: hamburger patty with melted cheese, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: Not sure yet, but it will be high protein
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups
E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
Photo Friday: Picture is of me on my favorite horse, Sugar. I'm wearing my heavy coat, so I look kind of "bulky". I've really been enjoying horseback riding and it's such good exercise!
Have a wonderful Friday everyone!
~ Karen
You don't look "bulky", but do look happy! Beautiful horse!

DH is in New Jersey at his mom's house for a few days, so the place is really quiet. I had to get up extra early to deal with the kitties (having six cats is a two-person job - esp in the mornings!). Weekends are usually easier with them when he's away, but not this weekend - I have to work. Boo!
Anyway, we always have Thanksgiving at my sister's house. She and I split the cooking. Can't wait - Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday!
Accountability was good yesterday. I ate way too many Tic Tacs, but I was able to adjust my calories to work them in. I have to quit buying those stupid things. I was down a couple more pounds this morning, so I'm finally back down to my "oh crap" level. Now, to get back down to sub-142...
I have to work at the reference desk this morning, then I'm off to my clinic to talk to a pre-op group. I may work remotely this afternoon. It's hard to go back to campus after I do something like the pre-op groups - they're completely unrelated to work and the place is miles from my office.
2 years 5 months out:
B: Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, pumpkin protein/Miralax latte shake
L: I'll be talking to the pre-op group, so probably just a protein bar beforehand
D: Michigan salad (spring mix, pecans, chopped 1/2 apple, chicken breast, cherry vinaigrette (you're supposed to put dried cherries on these as well, but they're very caloric and pure sugar to boot!)
probably another yogurt later
ex: yoga
