Good morning,
I am currently sitting at my desk wearing my down winter coat, a hat, and a blanket on top of my lap. It's like the heat doesn't quite reach my bones. Definitely time to get my iron up. I scheduled my next infusions for two weeks from now, 1x a week for 3 weeks.
QOTD: Like I said yesterday, I love Zulily to shop online. Amazon, too.
Accountability: I really pushed myself not to eat after my evening snack last night and did pretty well. It was HARD. I kept having to shove something in my mouth like gum or tea. I did find a tasty new treat: Sugar-free decaf vanilla coffee (those General Foods International coffees that come in the little tins) with a splash of sugar free coconut syrup.

QOTD: Love Amazon. Enough that I just bought tons of stock!! Love Vitacost for my protein shakes.I like chewy.com for my doggies (and the new cat Effy). I love ebates.com (it is free) I get a ton of money back for stuff I would have bought anyway. So far this year I got checks totaling 140.00 for all of my online purchase money they refund me.

QOTD: I mainly get decaf flavored K-cups and Jordan's Skinny Syrup online. I love actually shopping for clothes so I don't buy them online.
Accountability: Food was as planned yesterday but I was more hungry than usual so I allowed my calories to go higher than usual and I was awarded a gained pound this morning. I also had a lot of sf gum yesterday. While I know its better than other things, as much as I had yesterday adds a lot of carbs and calories to my count so today I'm literally logging the gum I chew and I'm trying to limit it to just after I eat and until I can drink again.

I wrote a long post on this thread several hours earlier today while lazing in bed before I got up, then somehow had it all go poof! So annoying! I didn't have enough time to repost until now. I guess I won't be posting as much from my tablet any more!
QOTD: I use Amazon and love it's convenience and variety, but I also make a point of paying more at local independent bookstores, because I would hate to live in a world with no local, independent bookstores. I also shop online at Macy's, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Lord & Taylor (nice inexpensive cashmere sweaters, especially when on sale), Nieman Marcus ("Needless Markup" - I browse more than shop here, but sometimes bite when something is on sale), Kohl's, Zappos, DSW.com, sometimes QVC, and I second Chewy.com - items in stock are usually delivered the next day and delivery is free over $49, I think. I buy cat litter and cat food there and get them for a better price than I can at either local pet stores or at the grocery store. I also purchase ingredients and items for my business from a variety of specialty and wholesale online sites.
First: Tea with cashew milk, Cinnamon Buns protein shake, warm - this tastes like apple pie to me

V: I've decided to stop using patches. I started using them when my stricture was getting bad and I couldn't swallow much for about a month. So I'm switching to Opurity Multi, Iron, and UpCalD.
Mostly financial too. But I've also been more concerned as effective as I want, simply based off others experience. I'm going to keep a package though, for days where I'm having a hard time swallowing (i still have slight problems with my stricture) and when I'm traveling.
