Everyone should listen carefully to Daisy's wisdom. She is wise, and dead on right. This is not an easy journey, but one that is more than worth it.
If you post that you are eating rice, crackers and mashed potatoes in the losing phase, you are going to get some tough love from the Vets and others on this site. They are not being mean. They are giving you some real world feedback that could mean the difference between success and failure.
Thanks Daisy for being such an important and contributing part of this community. You are a rockstar.

So proud of you my friend. You are a Rockstar. It hasn't always been easy but you are still here.
Those are words of wisdom that should be copied pasted and listened to.
Thank you for being you and always willing to help.

Congratulations! You are such a role model for all of us. I hope your recovery from surgery is going well.
Everything you said resonates with me. This maintenance part is the toughest, but I wouldn't be here without the advice of the vets on OH. I would have been eating stuff like cream of wheat or potatoes early on and I probably would have fit into the regular loss statistics rather than losing 140% of my excess weight.
Thank you for all your great advice and congratulations again!
