That is awesome!!! What are you doing for exercise? I feel like I'm lacking in that department.

I do a couple of different things. 3 days a week I do a all women's bootcamp. That's my favorite. It's high intensity, mostly body weight excercise. I like that it gets your heart rate up and works your muscles.

then I also started kickboxing. Holy cow that's a workout. Honestly, I just like how BA I feel from it. Lol.

then I just started running. Like I walk 10 minutes, run 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes, (try) to run 10 minutes. I was swimming but I got stupid hungry after, where as running seems to suppress my hunger.
