What's on your Tuesday Menu RNYers?
Hello everyone,
Super late post again! Work is still crazy!
QOTD: I'm still a big guy so I give the comparison but I have been very fortunate in that all my my doctors treat me with me with a great deal of respect. I have had doctors that I wasn't comfortable with before but it had nothing to do with the way treated me.
Accountability: 100% on plan
I have the same menu as yesterday:
B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L:3oz turkey breast
S: 2 1/2 oz turkey breast
D: 4 1/2 oz turkey italian sausage
S:Ostrim meat stick
Cals:653, Carbs:7, Protein:96
Enjoy the rest of your night everybody!

QOTD: YES! Massive difference. At 300lbs doctors were more neutral, never positive or negative-just sort of facts. Since losing weight my PCP told me how worried he was at my heaviest. But I'm treated sooo much better my peers. Random people give me complements, guys hold the door more frequently. At one point when i was 300lbs someone shouted "whale!!" at me while I was out on a walk. Needless to say that has not happened recently.
A: today was a baaaad day. I'm all within calories but it was crap food.
M1: Power Crunch bar, I neeever eat protein bars but I had to get up early and make a long drive.
M2: Skinny Mocha, non fat milk
M3: Steak, peppers, onions, avocado from a Mexican resteraunt
M4: Meatless Meatballs
M5: Danon Light and fit Greek yogurt
yikes, what a terrible food day.
Just wanted to do the QOTD (a day late): I didn't think I was treated too differently either when I was 105 pounds heavier, but there is much more door opening going on now, and men start conversations with me much more frequently. Interesting especially at my age (62).
