What's on your Tuesday Menu RNYers?
Good morning! Sorry I'm so late this morning. I drive in today and woke up late so didn't have time to post before I left.
QOTD- I read an interesting article about the poor treatment of obese people and the attitudes of doctors towards obesity. So it got me thinking. I honestly don't feel that I'm treated any differently now than before - whether by the medical profession, co-workers or friends. But I know that isn't everyone's experience. So I was wondering if you have noticed a difference in how you're treated.
Accountability: I was a little over my calories yesterday, but protein and carbs were good. Also got in all my water.
Menu:
B: Fried Egg, 2 strips of bacon
L: Chicken Salad
D: Not sure yet
S: I think I will make some pumpkin spice yogurt to have.
I bought some peppermint bark syrup on the weekend and I'm loving that with my decaf coffee.

QOTD: argh post got eaten by copy paste monster!!! I am treated different, but to some degree, I expect to be treated differently My mindset is different in that I wanted to hide before and not be noticed so to some degree, didn't demand to be treated a certain way.
house is UNDER contract!!! now we need a place to live and we are scheduled to close dec 15! yikes, need to pack this place up! freaking out a little.
food for today:
leftover rotis chicken
leftover veg/ham soup
veggies
yogurt
coffee
not sure what dinner is. We now have a 'clean out the freezer' project as we have a huge deep freezer we probably will not take with us to next house.
exercise is a tabata workout (or 2)

Good morning menu folks! It isn't as cold out this morning, but I am still cold. I think I need to buy some leggings to wear under my pants to keep me extra warm. I am cold all the time now.
QOTD: I am getting used to hearing positive things from my doctors after lots of years of negative feedback about my weight and my health. That is a nice feeling.
