Good Afternoon menu peeps...
what is with the cold? Freezing outside
QOTD: I drank protein drinks everyday the first 2 years. During Weight loss phase I tried to get 100g of protein a day. Now I always get more and sometimes way more. While I still use shakes, they are not on my have to have everyday list. More when working out, just don?t feel like eating or just because they taste good. I added the 1 cup of fairlife in the morning to make a latte do I start my day with some calories and some protein.
Yesterday I made huevos rancheros with homemade chorizo hash. The chorizo was bulk not in casings from Whole Foods. Soooo good. Next time I would double the meat. I am obviously in comfort food mode with the cold weather and being stuck mostly in the House. I also ate 6... yes 6 pumpkin brownies over the course of the day... and down almost 2 lbs this AM. SMH They are SF, low calorie and low carb.... but still.
B: Bulgar Wheat w/PB usual latte
L: bbq chicken pizza on low carb flat bread
D: chicken TBD
snacks: yogurt, chicken soup, protein hot chocolate, cheese stick
Ex: PT routine at home. Wall sits and things I can do with a brace on.
