What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
I'm guessing you don't see your surgeon until your one year? You probably will have stabilized by then and if so in all likelihood they will be okay with where you are as long as you are in a normal BMI range (not below), are eating healthy and taking all vitamins. I was just realizing that your goal was the same as mine and our surgiversaries are exactly 11 months apart. When I went to my one year, I was in the weight range I'm in now (7-10 pounds under goal). My surgeon was happy with that and said to continue doing what I was doing (and repeated that at my 1.5 year visit).

Keep us posted on when you go in for the mammogram/ultrasound. The good part is that with the ultrasound, they'll at least know right there and then what's going on. At least that's been my experience. Will be thinking about you!
So as far as my 'goal' weight went, I just sort of settled into where I am now without really changing anything (OK, I did get more lax on things like tastes and eating more things, but it just happened more naturally than me actually planning it out), and here I've sat for months now. Hopefully your body will find it's happy place and you can get it all equaled out easily!

I'm down to my last 7 hours of work. I think I am starting to mourn my leaving, which I didn't really expect. I felt depressed yesterday.
QOTD: I've done restaurant gift cards too and unique candles, but would like to hear some other (perhaps more novel) ideas?
1 year, 7 months post-op (maintenance). 2 work days to retirement (11/13) - 4 hours today and 3 hours tomorrow.
