Good morning everyone (morning barely). I feel like I may be back among the living today. The stomach bug nearly did me in. I'm going on an anniversary trip to California with my husband on Saturday so I really need to be well. I'm feeling much better today than yesterday. Which is relative, because yesterday sucked.
Qotd: I'm in Colorado and I've driven to Atlanta which was 1500 miles and also to Combermere, Ontario which was 1500 miles. After the Ontario trip, I decided I really don't like road trips any more. I loved them when I was a teenager and young adult. Now... not so much.

Howdy,
Haven't been here in a couple of days. Lots of stress going on and trying to manage it. I am very compliant with food. Yesterday was about 630 calories.
QOTD: I am not a road trip person. Prefer cruises or freestyle travel in foreign countries but not one to go places by car. I guess that would be normal for a travel agency owner like me since most of my customers don't need me if ther are just going somewhere in a car unless its outside of the US.
Breakfast: Protein shake ISOPURE banana 120 calories 25 grams protein
Lunch 1/4 lowcarb tortilla with turkey half piece of cheese ( not very hungry) 10 grams protein 90 calories
Cheese stick 6 grams protein 50 calories
Dinner: Unsure but probably chicken again with some veggies mushroom or asparagus. Made a huge batch of chicken breast with sundried tomatoes, parm and artichoke that I am working my way through....
Snack: Fairlife low fat pudding with protein powder (maybe pistachio?) 90 calories and 12 grams protein
Less than 650 calories max, 20 carb grams or less and 75 grams protein or more
