Good morning and happy hump day! I'm still physically 'recovering' from my indiscretions over the weekend. I'm tired, bloated and irregular, ugh. I can't wait to feel better and clean eating is the only way, so there you go.
QOTD - I've road tripped across country twice, both were from Mass to CA. Once was the northern route, the other was the southern route. Both were great fun. I highly recommend it!
Accountability - very good, down a pound from yesterday
11+mo post op - 173.8
b-coffee w/hc, SB trenta iced coffee w/hh, HB eggs
l-hot sausage
d-hot dogs or scrambled eggs
v/l - on track
Have a great day all!

Hi all, happy Wednesday!
QOTD: I have driven back and forth from the East coast to the West coast several times. It was all adventurous and fun. I also drove from St. Louis, my college town, to and from both coasts. And I moved by car and truck from the East coast to Dallas, and from Dallas to California, years later. That was my last long car trip. I once drove from college to California with two girlfriends during mid-winter break. Whatever possessed us to try to drive over the Rocky Mountains in February? Talk about snow (completely closed mountain passes) and bone-chilling cold! Somewhere in the middle of our trip, after shivering all night long, we rerouted and headed south, aiming for anywhere warmer! But we still had fun.
First: coffee! And cinnamon buns protein drink
B: 2 oz. Turkey
L: 2 oz. Tilapia with lemon
D: more tilapia
Lots of tea with cashew milk
Have fun today, RnYers!
