What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?
I had to ban the cake bites. They are a slippery slope for me.

Teena!! You look fabulous! Love the boots and the jeggings! Very nice outfit. You need to teach me how to wear scarves... when I put one on, I feel like I'm playing dress up in my mom's closet.
QOTD: So I'm not a huge protein bar eater... I use them more as a snack when I really want something bad. Right now I don't have any in the house, and the last time we were at SAMS I opted to not get any... but when I do get them, I get the Atkins Granola Bars. I like them way too much though, so I try to go a few weeks in between buying them, and then I hide them from myself and try to limit them to 1-2 times a week.
Accountability: I did well yesterday with my foods. Aside from a handful of Hunter mix after work, I didn't have any night time snacks, and I stayed on my plan. Of course, weight was up a little today, which is a direct result of my Saturday outing at the zoo... I always take a few days for it to show up. Hopefully tomorrow will be better on the scale.
Weight this morning 138.6/ maintenance/ almost 18 months out
B: Scrambled eggs with chopped brisket/cheese/salsa 4.0 ounces
L: One of my frozen meals I mentioned yesterday
D: I didn't take anything out, so we'll see if my husband does. If not, left over brisket for me.
S: Upping my lattes again now that it's gotten cold here in OK

Good morning. Forgive me for spelling errors I am texting under the table during a 4 hour training. Shhhh ;)
Accountability: Great! Also still running with very little achilles pain. Yay! Back for a mother 2 miles this evening.
QOTD: Very rarely. I have an emergency Quest bar with me in the car most of the time, but I prefer jerky or one of my "meat sticks". I usually carry the EPIC chicken Sriracha bar or Chomp sticks from Trader Joe's.

Good morning~ Teena you look great! I am in 10's now also, it's great but still so weird. Medium tops are a trip too after being a 3x for most of my adult life. I can't imagine being a single digit pant size or a small top, but I'm headed that way. Huh. Weird.
QOTD - I stay away from protein bars. I've had a few that were absolutely disgusting but the 15 gr protein - premier protein ones are so good, like candy bars. I have to stay away from them. After ice cream, candy bars were my next favorite thing. I never had an issue with cake, pie, pastries, cookies...but ice cream and candy bars I couldn't resist. So I stick to beef jerky, meat sticks, nuts and cheese on the go.
accountability - Stuck to plan but ate extra beef jerky
11+mo post op - 174.4 - yes, I'm posting the weekend damage that is still hanging on. I'm still quite bloated.
b-coffee w/hc, SB quad latte, HB egg
l-hot Italian sausage
d-hot dogs or scrambled eggs
v/l - on track
Have a great day everyone
