Teena, looks like your husband had as much fun as the kids! LOL Love it!
QOTD: This is a hard one to answer... I am very outgoing with people, and I am able to read folks and react accordingly, which works well at my job since I deal with Field Hands as well as Upper Management folks (it also serves me well in my real estate). My grandfather nicknamed me his 'little gypsy' when I was very young because I would walk down the street and talk to everyone... he died when I was 6, and I think I've lived up to that name! I don't ever meet strangers... and I'm not afraid to be alone in a gathering, or stand up and talk in large groups. I'm not nearly as confident as people think, though, so there are times that I really have to push myself to be more confident and 'go for it' at work, because people expect me from me.
Accountability: Yesterday was a good day. I met a friend for lunch at a taco place, and instead of a taco I got this thing called The Dirty Bowl... beans, ground beef, pico, guac, and queso poured all over it - I ordered it with NO chips and ate it with a spoon... she ordered chips and queso and I didn't even have one chip!
Weight this morning: 137.4 Maintenance almost 18 months out
B: Leftover 'Dirty Bowl' (I've been thinking about this since yesterday, can't wait! LOL)
L: 4 ounces of sous vide roast that I made... cooked 'rare', much like prime rib
S: Pepperoni and cheese stick in the fridge if I need it
D: Open at this point, but protein forward!
Have a great weekend everyone!
My picture today is of my kids... My daughter will be 18 later this month, and my son 16 in January, but they came home from Color Guard practice on Halloween and were all excited and decided to go trick or treating... these are the pajamas they got last year for their traditional Christmas Eve opening present... Please note that I made my son change shoes... sport socks and heels just don't jive... child has some fashion sense to learn about!
