Well didn't dress up for halloween so don't have any pics. And I didn't dress up the dogs either. Actually don't even know where their outfits are since this place is kind of packed up of stuff since we are selling house. Pic is of this 1970's vintage dress I bought for either .50 or a dollar and I LOVE IT. Too bad it is fall now and I can't wear it anymore. it is awesome polyester - lol

QOTD: hmmm I'm hard on myself so I find it hard to acknowledge the good. I guess I like to help people and try hard to keep relationships moving in the right direction.

Food for today:

leftover chicken pot pie (chicken and some veggies and cabbage) Made DH the 'real version' with biscuits and even made him 4 donuts out of the leftover biscuits in our maker. Made a pumpkin spice, a pumpkin creme, a boston creme, and a banana cream.

thanks! I've been struggling with these pounds I gained after the hernia/twisted bowel surgery. Mentally exhausting and hard when the my 'skinny' jeans don't fit lol. Makes me doubt myself and what I've achieved.
