FYI, these aren't really optimal for WLS folks. Any protein bars we use should be at least 10g protein per 100 calories; these are 13g protein for 200 calories.

I bought a trial pack early on before I knew better. My wife loved them. They are just too far off profile for me. But I did try a few bites. They are good. Maybe a little too good :)

These bars are so good! Too good. I ended up eating them like candy bars. They remind me of Kit Kat bars, & I so miss Kit Kat bars!

Being further out, I get plenty of protein in my day, so I am not as worried about them being lower protein. Besides the great taste they have great texture and I am all about texture and that is why I do not like so many bars.... also They are fairly low carb...and naturally low carb not 'net carbs' because they added a lot of fiber to it.
I keep them in the freezer...well because they are awesome from the freezer...but also out of sight out of mind, so I don't overindulge on them.
In general I try not to do bars on a regular basis, but I do go through phases...
