What's on your Monday Menu RNYers?
Good morning!
qotd: currently just taking a One-a-Day Women's, and DH takes BariActive, which I'll likely switch over to. He has a subscription that includes the multi, and several other supplements, but currently has no directive to take them (blood work soon to determine). So he has a 6 month back-supply of other suppliements...he joked about selling them on the black market.
Breakfast: 3 chicken breakfast sausages, lots of coffee with SF pumpkin pie creamer
snack: 2 oz deli turkey, 1 oz sharp cheddar
lunch: leftover pork roast and veggies (carrots, green beans, celery, onion and maybe 1 new potato. I didn't add very many to the pot)
snack: Greek L&F
dinner: no plan, probably a spinach salad with chicken breast

Good morning everyone~ It was cold and cloudy all weekend. We had a roaring fire most for most of day and evening yesterday, it was really nice! Happily wearing boots and a sweater today and hopefully the rest of the week too, yay!
QOTD - I have transitioned to only the pill form of all vitamins (I miss my iron and calcium chews but not the price, carbs and SA's) I take 2 reg multivitamins, 3-500 mg calcium +D, iron+C, 500 mg b12 daily.
Accountability - great

Qotd multivitamin I get at Sam's Club, their brand of silver centrum. Calcium tablets from Amazon. I order my vitamin a, d and b12 from Puritan pride. Iron and vitamin c I get at meijer.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D ribs and some kind of vegetable

Good morning. I had a bad Sunday that has turned into a bad Monday. I'm fighting the urge to emotionally eat and my assistant didn't help. There's a bowl full of candy and chips just outside my office. Regular food is holding no interest for me. sigh.
TQOTD: I use the patches, but when I didn't, I used the Centrum multi. I also use subligual B12, a D3 and Iron. If anyone needs vitamins and has the Vons/Pavillions (or I think Safeway) supermarket chain by them, they're having a buy one/get one free sale on the naturemade vitamins. I stocked up on B12 and D3.
My plan:
B: Bacon and HB egg (still sitting on my desk)
L: the chicken I didn't eat last night and hummus
D: Pork ribs maybe ????
S: SF latte, ham and cheese rollup before the gym
E: spin for sure and maybe an abs and booty class before then. Honestly it depends on if I can get myself to eat anything today. Can't take 2 classes on 2 days of no food.

Howdy,
Frustrated to no end. My weight jumped up 4 pounds since last Friday. I started my workouts and instead of losing weight, I gain back 4 pounds. UUUUGH. So today on liquids because I do not know what else to do to lose weight.
QOTD: I take chewable Bariactiv Iron, Opurity vitamins, Nascobal once a week spray, Bariactiv calcium chewables 2x per day. D-3 4,000 mg because mine is very low.
Menu:
Coffee with fairlife lf milk
Syntrax Cappuchino protein shake 130 calories 25 grams protein
Pure protein vanilla 160 calories 35 grams protein
Lots of ice tea caffeine free crystal lite
Dinner: Unsure but meat and some sort of veggie
Snack: None today
550 calories 85 grams protein carbs: less than 15

Accountability: 100% on plan but I'm up a couple of pounds cause I went out for BBQ last night which was salty so now I'm retaining water.

D: 4 1/2 oz ground sirloin burger w/no bun, 1/3C broccoli rabe
S: ostrim meat stick
Cals:672, Carbs:5, Protein:95
