URGENT: Need revision bypass but only have Medicaid

Hello all,

I have not been on this site in years so I will make this brief. I originally had gastric bypass surgery on June 10, 2008, and had complications from it. Had a bad marriage, became an alcoholic (been sober over 5 years) and many other things.

I have been on SSDI for almost year and currently on a form of Medicaid called Star Plus Waiver from Molina Healthcare.

I have escalated my issues to the president and other senior management at Molina but they are taking their sweet time. Meanwhile, I have been having more medical panic attacks and weight gain and forced to find a new doctor. The new doctors office is doing all they can and referred ne to a doctor in Houston.

Problem is: I live in Dallas, Texas and cannot find one damn doctor that takes Medicaid.

Does anyone knoe of anyone or anything that can help?

Google "medicaid bariatric surgeon Dallas" and you'll get a bunch of hits. Start calling the different offices and ask if they'll take your insurance.
