Declaring Maintenance
Congratulations to you!!!
I had to step away from here in my head to finally come to peace with where I am and 'call it'. Once I did, I felt so freed.
For me, it was realizing that if I indeed did need to lose more to be happy, then I was going to have to trade that for more strict eating. I like where I am, and I like the way I am eating. As long as I am maintaining with the routine I'm doing now, I'll just take it.
There's a lot of stress we put on ourselves, comparing and always pushing for more, more more.
Not that maintenance is going to be easy. I know that's not true. But there is a certain amount of peace that comes to us I think.
You've done a great job, and you should be proud of yourself!
