Great job !

My original goal was size 12. Even today, if my back would not bother me, I would have been happy with. I would happily exchange my smaller weight and size if i could safely eat more veriaty of foods, and more of it.

I think you are doing great. Congratulations.

I randomly worry that being at a higher weight will mean I'll eventually invite aches, etc. but I'll ride these waive as long as I can. I can always choose to work at lowering it if that becomes the case.

Thanks. Today feels quiet liberating.

You look beautiful, you are healthy, you are active, and you are enjoying your life. Your family is proud of you. If that's not success, I don't know what is! Congratulations!

Hi,

As long as you are happy and healthy and living life to its fullest, that is all anyone can ask for. :)

I set my goal higher than most but I was pretty happy at 165 and a size 10. And 165 for a woman 5 foot 6 is still considered overweight. But who cares? So that is where I am going to now. If I don't lose more, so be it . Being healthy is important too.

I agree with what everyone else says AND you yourself said "195 is my happy 'goal' place". Most of us are no where near as active and healthy as you are and you look beautiful!

Claiming is powerful.

Size 12 is tiny to me. Playing the compare game takes away the amazing success you have achieved. And you can run!

Congratulations!

I am declaring maintenance too. I should have a long time ago. Reading your post really hit home with me. Great job for you.
