Update my ticker and signature field

How do I update the ticker and signature field. I just cannot remember how to get in those areas.

Top right hand there should be your name, a little envelope, a little bell, a little wheel thing, and a plus sign in pink. If you click on the little wheel thing you can change your ticker and signature.
