Hello Menu Family!
QOTD: I drive a 2015 Kia Soul. It's black which is ridiculous in the summers but it was on clearance and it also has a manual transmission so it was marked way down :) Since it's a "Black Soul" I had a vanity plate that read "HRCRUX" and the plate theme was "Donate Life" hhahahahahha (harry potter joke). Now I'm poor so I have a regular plate on it.
Accountability: Yesterday I had budgeted a glass of wine, but I switched that out for a 1/3 cup portion of vegetarian chili, and a 1 oz portion of cornbread.

Posting late today as I had a busy morning with breakfast with a group from church and working at the senior meals for the last time. We are stepping away from this so we can be ready to be gone more on mission trips. Accountability was good yesterday. Lily and I got up in the cold and dark and got our 3.6 miles in before the busyness started. Will do another mile after supper. Post op 5 years almost 2 months and weight at 118.6 today. QOTD we have a chevy Equinox and a chevy Colorado and like them both. Heres the food for maintenance today B 1 sm biscuit with sausage L4 oz chicken salad 1/2 c green beans D 1 c ham and beans S 5 oz greek yogurt 1 T granola. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goals!
I'm approaching 3 months post surgery (Aug 9th, 2017).
B: premiere protein shake
S: light cheese stick
L: chicken thigh, skin removed and a couple small pieces of roasted cauliflower
S: another cheese stick (I need to get some variety in my snacks!)
D: portabella mushroom "pizza"
After that I need to see how my protein level is, since there isn't a ton in the mushroom. May have to have a half of another protein shake or something.
Today I am doing a LITTLE better with water. It's such a challenge. I've had ~36oz, which is about 12 more than "normal" at this point in the day. I really don't know how people get in so much water!! I have to put something in it, or it just "sits" in my stomach and makes me nauseous. Doing Mio today.

RNY Aug 9, 2017
Start: 311 pounds.
Pre surgery: -30
M1: -20, M2: -10, M3: -12, M4: -10, M5: -9, M6: -7, M7: - 10, M8: -8, M9: -5, M10: -10, M11: -7, M12:-6, M13: -7
I always have to add something to my water! I just did a subscribe and save for mio drops on Amazon! You just have to keep water with you all the time and what really helped me in the beginning was to get a larger water bottle. It is 32 ounces and I know I need a minimum of 2 of them.
