Amy in regards to swimming. You wear what you want to wear, its not a fashion contest. And just so you know what I used to do when I was big and wanted to swim laps at the local fitness centre I actually wore cheap aerobic tops and a rash gear top and aerobic longer leg boy shorts to swim in to contain my thunder thighs. It covered what I wanted to cover and I went cheap and cheerful got it from Walmart and if the chlorine ruined it after a bit I was fine with that as it was cheap.
But I LOVE swimming and doing laps and I was not going to let my size derail me going. Additionally you can wear a cheap wet suit (just checked Amazon, $24.99), that's what ladies who are training for triathlon's so its not unheard of. Or if anyone asks tell them you get cold in the water and want to cover up, not that its anyone's business.
Don't let your beautiful body derail you in your love for swimming. I know you might be self conscious but try and make it work.
I think you would look amazing in this:

Daisy - It's easy to fall back into old patterns and negative thinking.Thank you for reminding me what this is truly about and that I have options!!!
That suit is really cute, I hadn't thought about a wet suit. What a great idea! I will need wait until the weather cools off (95 today/outdoor pool) because it would be miserable to swim covered like that just yet. That could potentially mean comfortably swimming all winter, yay!

I wear swimming leggings all the time because I am uncomfortable in regular swimming suit pants. Coolibar has nice ones.

Morning Teena and RNYers. I thought it was Thursday today and was so disappointed to wake up and see its only Wednesday LOL. Cold here but no rain, I don't mind cold, I like to layer and bundle up. And Fall boot season is here! Teena I am so jealous you can eat hamburger patties. At 4 years out I can't and I miss cheeseburgers. Ground beef just does not sit well with me unless its chili. Bummer for me!
Accountability: yesterday on plan, no extra bites or tastes. I was super tired and actually only did step class and skipped muscle pump and went home. I think the weather change is making me tired + time of the month.
QOTD: I drive a 2012 Nissan Altima SL in pearl white paint. It has more options on it that I know what to do with. I just LOVE this car. Its very sporty, very fast, an incredible stereo system and a sunroof (my first sunroof). Its my baby. Hubby drives a 2011 black Ford Edge, he loves it and I really like it to but I prefer a car over a truck/SUV.

I struggle sometimes with hamburgers but these were homemade and we bought regular ground beef instead of lean because it was on sale. They were DELICIOUS! Even reheated today it wasn't dry at all. So good.

Howdy,
QOTD: I had an Infinity G37 for the last 5 years and traded it in for a financial freedom Nissan Rogue 2017 SUV. I dont want lease or car payments. My husband owns a paid in full Miata so we have the fun convertible car for weekends. We really needed a car that could haul dogs and people and supplies so my wild child sports car days are over since I got married this year. :)
