What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?
Morning!! I'm off today- have a CT scan to do and anticipate the barium will make me sick (it did last time). I've mentally planned a lot for today- including a short run, making some returns to stores and cleaning, bill paying. Let's see how much of that happens.
Accountabilty: I'm trying to lose 6#, but am not hard core in terms of dedication at the moment. My mind is on hold and ok with just maintaining until I get this IUD issue squared away. I feel like my body will finally be 'my own' after so many years on hormone birth control.
Qotd: 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I like my car a lot, except for the windshield. It's constantly getting fogged up, grimy etc. otherwise it's a great SUV.
201.5 today, 2.5 Years out
m1: barium sulfate yum!
m2: egg, turkey sausage, mini bagel
m3: bourbon chicken chunks
m4: likely chili

PeachPie, may I ask your recipe for the bourbon chicken chunks, please?
A way to keep your windshield from fogging up is to take the moisture packets that come in medication (especially vitamin bottles) and store them in your car - on or around the dashboard, or in the handles on the door. I learned this trick from my mother, her Lexus windshield used to fog up a lot too.

Morning. Happy Hump Day!
QOTD: I am car shopping now, too! I think I am going to get the Touring Edition of the new 2018 Kia Niro, which is their Hybrid SUV. It gets 50 MPG, city! I fell in love with the sleek black model that is in the showroom. Soooo sexy!
Accountability: Good but I switched out a few things since I was home all day. I also had a few bites of pie crust dough when I was baking for a meeting that I have today, but I didn't have much, and I didn't sample the finished product :)
Today's menu is up in the air. I was running late and threw everything into my lunch bag and bolted out of the house. Haven't opened MFP yet. It will be some assortment of greek yogurt, cheese sticks, prosciutto, balsamic chicken and lots and lots of coffee. Dinner is TBD, too.
Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!
It's supposed to be a nice day today and then it turns cooler. Fall is definitely here.
