I just found it! I messed up! Kathy S. lost 3 pounds (yeah) and said "for me it was all about getting the carbs out of my system and I accomplished that. Thank you for doing meat week!".

Thank you for this Teena and Liz, this was a fun and enlightening challenge for me. I'm looking forward to the next one!

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

As a group-those CAMAW folks really dropped lots and lots of weight! You ALL (AMAW and CAMAW) can feel really proud of your hard work and weight loss
