What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?

Hi everyone, happy Tuesday!
Though I enjoy Starbucks occasionally, I'm not a big fan of their signature burnt-bean flavor, and actually prefer making coffee at home. I have a Keurig and another coffeemaker for when I have company and want to make a pot, but mostly I just use my little drip-pour Melitta filter, placed directly over my mug. The cost of the Keurig pods annoys me. I like to buy a bag of Peet's Major Dickason coffee beans and grind them. I also like 8:00 Coffee and Chock Full o'Nuts, but Peet's Major Dickason is my favorite. I have it with a good splash of Cashew milk, which is creamy and only 25 calories per 8 ounces. I have also been having it with 2 scoops of Bariatric Fusion Cinnamon Buns protein powder, and that is just an incredible treat! I was just approved for coffee, and have been thoroughly enjoying it, even though I am limited to just 3 small cups per week.
Today I have an appointment to get a spot of actinic keratosis (tiny, slightly rough patches caused by years of sun exposure) on my chest biopsied. I had two small spots frozen last month. One went away but this one didn't, so my PCP advised seeing a dermatologist. We will see what's up. I am not scared but just want to take care of it, whatever the verdict may be.
Wishing you all a very happy day!
Edited to add my menu for the day, which I forgot to include!

I like Peet's Major Dickasons too - I use their k-cups, but I love Starbucks espresso beans for brewed coffee. There is a sweet caramel smoothness that I love while still being strong. I'm not a fan of French Roast in general because it tastes too burnt and smokey for me. Starbucks drip isn't my thing, but I do love their iced coffee and espresso drinks

I do love iced coffee in general throughout the year, though first thing in the morning I also like it hot. I've had a couple of espresso shots added to my Starbucks drinks, usually when in an airport and feeling jetlagged. But I've never had their espresso as is. I'll pick some of the beans up and give it a try!
I've been thinking of picking up a Le Creuset French press, too. Can't decide between the cherry red and the palm green!

I've been eyeballing the Le Creuset too, I have a friend that swears by hers. I love the red one. I prefer french press to drip brew, it's just so much better!

I think I'm going to have to break down and buy one! Plus another one with matching sugar and creamer for my son and DIL, who just moved, as a housewarming gift. They are adamant French press users! Most of my kitchen gadgetry is red, so that gorgeous ombre cherry is appealing - i would choose that cokorway for pots and pans, too But that ombre palm green is stunning as well, and just really keeps grabbing my attention. Decisions! I've never used a French press. I guess it's time!
Hope your biopsies go well!
