I was considering therapy as well. Can you recommend someone in the Toronto area?

You need to find what works for you, I have maintained for over ten years on an eating plan that works for me but I don't and won't recommend it because I have no idea of your activity level and if you need to eat during the day. I don't. I eat only one main meal a day and two snacks and on weekends eat two meals. I drink lots of unsweetened iced tea and tons of lemons, I even make lemon ice cubes with lemon rind. It's kept me at goal. I don't drink protein shakes, I eat healthy, clean, organic food as often as I can. Greek yogurt is still my favorite snack. As time wears on you will need to eat less and less to maintain and not gain. It's just the reality of aging. So either reduce your calories or up your exercise but you must be diligent because regain happens fast and losing what you already lost once sucks. I refuse to get further than a few pounds from my goal before reigning myself back in. Good Luck.
