Howdy,

Yesterday started out very good and then my eating plan fell apart last night when I went out to dinner with my husband and son. I had half cheeseburger no bun and asparagus. I nibbled on one fry. I did great for lunch and had egg beaters and 2 ounces of pork chop and a little bit of lf cheese. Afternoon I had a 2 ounce chicken meatball. We went to the movies and I had half a small popcorn no butter. This was planned. What wasn't planned was the protein pudding I had when I came home, the two handfuls of healthy cereal I had, 3 vanilla wafers and the cold cuts I ate before bed. I think it was all less than a 1000 calories but then the all night gas and stomach distress started because my new tummy didn't like it. Today is a new day.

QOTD: I know my neighbors but it is an older community and most of the people have lived here more than 10-20 years. We don't have mu*****ommon with them . Have a new neighbor who moved in a year ago with little kids but I don't have anything in common with them either. Invited them over for dinner and they seemed to have a good time but they never invited us to their house in return.

Today food:

Protein shake with ISOPURE 125 calories and 25 grams protein

Lots of coffee with Fairlife

Lunch? Dunno but just meat

Dinner: Same thing, just meat and maybe some mushrooms or green beans?

Snack: Carbonator yogurt

Less than 600 calories, less than 15 carbs and 75 grams plus protein all my water and vitamins

Hi Menu friends,

I've been so enjoying the amazing warm weather we've been having, with lots of bike rides and walks. I did a little 13.5 km jaunt around the area yesterday, enjoying the fall leaves and hallowe'en decorations.

QOTD: I sold my house a few years ago and am back in my childhood home, so I have known my neighbour to the one side since I was 4 years old, lol. She's my best friend's mom. We're on the corner so only have one other neighbouring house along the side street. I knew them for years but they recently sold their home and the new people aren't very considerate. They constantly block my back driveway with their cars so I can't get out if I'm home, or in if I'm out. When I ask them to move their car they get mad and say the driveway isn't paved so it's not really a driveway. Which is weird because their driveway is not paved either, and my driveway is right next to theirs, and right in front of our garage. It's clearly a driveway. Ever since I accidentally backed into their car (it was in my blind spot) they've been better about not blocking the driveway, but now i have constant anxiety every time I back out and double and triple check.

Accountability: I was good yesterday, and burned over 1000 calories bike riding.

Breakfast: Decaf with premier protein

Lunch: pepperette, cheese string, watermelon

Supper: It's my Dad's birthday tomorrow but we're doing part of his celebration today; the extended family is going out for wing night, and then back here for cake, apple strudel, and coffee. It will be my first time having wings since surgery and I'm excited to try them but not sure how many I'll be able to eat. I guess it depends on their size. I'm just going to get the plain wings with hot sauce on the side.

Snack: My Mom made the apple strudel with splenda so I can have a small slice. I won't be touching the chocolate cake, but it sure smells good. My Dad has been enjoying his birthday week; this will be the third get together. They went out to dinner twice already for his birthday, including a huge steak and seafood buffet at the casino, lol. Tomorrow on his actual birthday we're doing a steak bbq.

*I am actually a very good cook (according to everyone but my Mom, lol), and she won't let me cook or bake for family gatherings. Last year I just baked Christmas cookies for my dogs because she wouldn't touch or serve the cookies i made the year before, lol. Everyone else loves my cooking and baking but I'm happy to not have to do it; less temptation.

Hello menu friends -

Out at the camp ground today. Have went for two short walks already today. It's pretty cool here, was only 38 degrees this morning about 8 am. Buy it's warming up nicely now.

QOTD: I know most of the people on my block. All of the ones I know are really nice. My closest neighbor mows my lawn for me...I have a very small yard, his is very large and he uses a riding mower so it takes him probably less than 10 minutes. I pay him at the end of summer, he always tells me it's not necessary, but it is so worth it to me.

Accountability : I did better yesterday than I intended, I skipped my alcoholic beverage last night, and also skipped a snack so stats were lower.

Today's menu is going to be higher in stats, but I will be up about 20 hours before I go back to bed so I can switch from night sleeping to day sleeping.

B - Iced coffee with protein powderived and SF creager

B2 - tuna pouch

L - Pork chop, lettuce salad

D - ribeye steak, spinach salad

Calories - 787, Protein - 80, Carbs -24

Enjoy your Sunday everyone!!
