Will I be able to eat this?
I'm just over a year out, and I've eaten all those things. I haven't really come across anything I can't eat. ( there is plenty I choose not to eat though)
Eggs were tricky the first few months, and shawarma chicken for some reason...

I'm 8.5 months post op RNY, and have tried almonds, liked them, but decided to wait until i'm in maintenance to eat nuts and seeds.
I regularly eat blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and watermelon, and love them. I tried mango and pear and they are too sweet for me and make me feel nauseated. I'm OK with some apples but not others, but they need to be peeled, and I tend to avoid them and stick to berries and watermelon, although that will soon change as the season is ending for my beloved berries.
I love cherry tomatoes and often cut up celery for my tuna salad, and have had no problem with them.
I can eat romaine lettuce but not head lettuce. Head lettuce upsets my stomach for some reason.
So far, salmon is the only food on my no go list. It makes me terribly sick.
When you have surgery, your centre will go over the foods you can and can't have. It's very restrictive at first, with clear liquids, then full liquids, then purees and soft foods, but eventually you get moved to real foods again. It just takes time.

I think the answers to this question teach you one important thing - consider the source of your information. You don't say where this information came from, but it's blatantly untrue.
There are lots of long term veterans here (I'm 13 years out) as well as health professionals and clever sciency people. It's an awesome resource for pre and post ops. You should stick around (and delete wherever you got that bad info)

Out of the items on your list I have eaten a grape and a grape tomato yesterday and kept them down. I have noticed people are different. I have known some to be able to eat a lot of different foods when I was struggling to keep cottage cheese down.

I can't eat most things on that list.
I don't eat any nuts, but I can eat sunflower seeds, in fact I eat them daily with my greek yogurt for breakfast or a snack. I'm 4 years out, berries I struggle with, blackberries and raspberries are the worst, tomatoes I couldn't eat early on, but I can now, but have to chew them very well, as well as grapes.
Chew really well and retry if you really want to.
