Good morning! It's a lovely warm day here too; 25 Celcius in Northern Ontario, Canada, at this time of year is unheard of. I've been enjoying the weather with long bike rides and walks.
Thank you for doing CAMAW and AMAW; I wish I could have stayed with it, but quit after day two and cheated day 1 (I forgot I was on it). So basically I wasn't on it at all.
I still went from 186.8 to 183.8, for a loss of 3 Lbs, which is great, considering. I do low carb, but allow myself berries or watermelon as fruit and really enjoy them.
I had fun reading all of your daily menus, and want to say congrats to everyone!

Happy Saturday!
Well this is my first CAMAW. It was definitely enlightening. Yogurt was definitely my carbiest foods- usually bringing in 9 carbs. So I proooobably should have skipped it. But it helped me meet my protein goal, so eh.
Speaking of protein goal- holy cow was it surprisingly hard to meet! Mostly because I had such a hard time eating enough meat. Seriously, 2 oz of chicken had me feel like I was going to burst. I could barely eat anything else the rest of the day. Which is why I relied pretty heavily on the yogurt and protein shakes.
Another thought: I definitely missed my veggies. This is probably all in my head, but I just felt heavier and a little bit more blah with out my broccoli and other veg.
So I liked seeing my restriction. It's great knowing that I have this tool. And I would definitely be up for another CAMAW or even AMAW. But I'm thankful for my veggies lol.
