Me too! I reread all of her during my stay in rehab after my rny...really got me through. She never gets old...I've practically memorized all of her novels but still love to read them over and over.

Hello menu friends -

Busy week for me so I ddint post much, however I did get on and read most days.

QOTD: I have been drinking alot of home made decaf iced coffee. I put in 1/4 cup of quest salted caramel protein in 2 cups of coffee with 2 Tbsp SF Caramel machhiato creamer and a splash of SF torino Salted Caramel syrup. I usually drink 3 of these a day. Two in the mornings and 1 in the late afternoon. With all of the ice added it makes a little over 24 oz. for each 2 cups of coffee.

I also drink at least 1 liter of water during the day.

My averages for the last 7 days, counting today were:

Calories - 659, Protein - 86, Carbs - 24.

Not much for plans today, have laundry done and kithen all cleaned up today. Going to watch my best friend bowl on her bowling league tonight so I'm planning on 1 drink at the bowling alley. I take a liter bottle of water in and mix lemon lime flavor packet in it and have them add 1 shot of tequilla in my big yeti cup. It makes a very week drink, but it tastes good and takes a long time to drink it all so it doesn't seem to really affect me. I live 6 blocks from the alley so I feel fine driving home after being there for over two hours.

Finally made it out of the 180's today. 179 on the nose this morning.

Today's menu:

B - 1/2 scoop protein powder, 4 Tbsp SF creamer, 4 cups coffee.

B2 - tuna pouch

L - tuna pouch

D - 3.9 oz. Chicken breast, small spinach salad

S - 1/4 scoop protein powder, 2 Tbsp SF creamer, 2 cups coffee

S - 1 shot tequilla mixed with 32 oz. Lemon lime flavored water

Calories - 574, Protein - 83 , Carb - 17

Howdy,

QOTD: Now that I am 3 1/2 months post op and my tummy isn't in an uproar, I have added half decaf/half high test to my morning drink consumption. I drink a very watered down protein shake Isopure banana with about 12-16 ounces of water. Then I drink about 60 ounces of watered down Crystal lite all day long to make up for the caffeine consumption in the morning.

Food for day:

Just had eggbeaters, 1/2 ounce of cheese and 2 ounces of a pork chop mixed in

Dinner: Unsure but going out to movie and dinner with my son. Probably a salad and some form of meat :)

Snack: Low carb yogurt with PB powder.

And I will have popcorn this evening, no butter as a treat

Total Calories (about 700) carbs less than 30 Protein 70 or more

Good afternoon,

Qotd I always drink 48 oz of water and if I have time I will drink 32 oz of decaf coffee in the morning.

Going to a church function tonight, potluck and a hayride

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

was upset and ate 2 doughnuts, fat girl brain.

lots of decaf coffee and water.

D I know hot dogs are being served and whatever else is available
