Morning weekend crew!
i had a whirlwind week, and missed posting most days. Coffee time now, and catching up!
Anyone have fun plans this weekend? I'm up on the farm now, but heading back to Ottawa this afternoon. Tomorrow we're off to Montreal to see a cfl game. The weather is supposed to be great.
qotd: caffeine or decaf? Tea? Shakes? What's your morning beverage routine?
I followed Peach's lead, and when I take my vitamins in the morning, I drink a whole glass of water, not just what I need to swallow the pills. Also, the past 6 months or so, I've been on a coffee and premier kick. Only chocolate though. And always decaf.
Accountability: stayed camaw all week, but missed most of the days to post.

Good morning weekenders!
I enjoyed my CAMAW week and did well. The scale is down 3 pounds from Monday, which is good since I am so close to goal and I've been in a stall for several weeks.
QOTD: I always have a cup of black coffee and sometimes have a cup of herbal tea too. I had quit the coffee for surgery and had the herbal tea for several months. I've kept it in addition to the coffee for more fluids in the morning. I don't have my shake until mid morning snack.
Menu:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 oz ham
Snack: Grape protein shake
Lunch: Turkey breast, baby carrots
Snack: 2 oz smoked salmon
Dinner: pork chop, cauliflower
Exercise: long hike
HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

Good Morning Erin and Menu Family!
No special plans for the weekend, but last night we went to Family Game Night at our church and that was fun. They had pot luck and I stuck to meats and cheeses and stayed CAMAW compliant.
I finished CAMAW. I started the week at 152.6 and ended at 149.0 for a loss of 3.6 lbs. so I'm happy. Yesterday: Protein - 87, Calories - 1,070, Carbs - 73.
QOTD: I always start the day with coffee. I also drink gallons of water all day long.

L: rib-eye steak
D: egg salad

off to Aqua Zumba this morning (8:00 am!), then coffee with DH. Nothing else on the agenda for today, but brunch tomorrow with a bunch of friends.
QOTD: coffee (half regular/half decaf) and water an hour or so after I eat breakfast. I drink a protein shake as my mid-morning snack.

S: coffee with half & half, SF pumpkin vanilla protein/Miralax latte shake
L: not sure - maybe chili
D: chicken/apple/pecan salad ****ep putting this down but have actually only had it once. I have to have it today or my chicken and apples are going to start going bad!!)

Good morning Menu crew.
My menu is always so up in the air that I rarely post on the weekends. Today is no exception.
Accountability- stuck to CAMAW all week and lost 6.7 lbs and made it to 169.7! So out of the 170s. So happy about that- I'm 1 point away from being "overweight"!
QOTD: I usually have one caffeinated coffee but I've been cutting that back and if I do have caffeine, I try to be extra vigilant about getting more water in. I just add milk to my coffee.
I've decided I'm giving up protein shakes for now. I'm well able to get all my protein in now without the shakes. The only shake I've found that I really like is Shakeology and that's whats been putting my carbs higher than what they need to be.
Menu today:
B: 1 egg- not sure how I'm cooking it and maybe 2 strips of bacon
L: Probably a chicken breast
D: no idea but I'm going grocery shopping later
Snack- Greek yogurt with sf vanilla syrup
vitamin patches and extra calcium and vit d coming soon
exercise- I think if I have a bathing suit that fits I might go swimming tonight.
