Teena, you look amazing!
QOTD: I loose/misplace things all the time. I now clip my car keys onto my purse strap so that I won't lock my keys in the car (something I do a lot, lol). I now always know where they are, which is a bonus. I buy several pairs of gloves every fall, put them in all of my jacket and sweater pockets, and still manage to someohow lose them. I lose umbrellas and sunglasses too. Now that I'm older, if I leave the room to get something, I forget what i wanted when I get to the new room and don't remember until I go back to the original room.
I weighed 183.8 Lbs this morning, yay (especially considering yesterday was off, lol).
Accountability: Yesterday was a write off, lol. I had to fast overnight and then all day until I could get to the clinic for blood work. I didn't get there until 4 PM, and even though I brought a protein shake to drink after my blood was taken, I decided to treat myself to my first Chinese egg roll since pre op. It was to die for and I don't regret it. Other than that, I ate protein forward (not on CAMAW anymore).
Menu:
Breakfast: 2 decaf with premier protein and dark chocolate cappacino skinny syrup (0 sugar/cals), then later, pepperette, cheese string, raspberries.
Lunch: Burger patty with cheese
Supper: Not sure, possibly shrimp or chicken
Snack: Greek yogurt
This is a progress pic of me taken on Tuesday, at 8.5 months post op, 120 Lbs down. I really love my new jacket; such a vivid blue!
