What's on your Friday menu, AMAW/CAMAW Day 5 and Photo Friday!
CAMAW has been so good for me. It got easier each day. Now I'm finally hit the 160's! 169.0 this morning. Now I need to keep it up so I can make this a good losing streak. 1 year appointment on Wednesday!

B:coffee with whole Fairlife milk
L: crack slaw (yes it has cabbage, but the overall carbs are less than my yogurt, so I'm going with it)

D: tuna with mayo

I am not hungry so I am rolling with it. I also just realized that all I packed is soup, and I have no spoon. So this should be interesting...
Dinner is TBD. I am on my own, out of town, and need to eat out. I will probably eating something exotic like Thai or Indian food, since I will be without Grim. Those foods scare him... ;)
This is a selfie I took on Tuesday. It was finally cool enough for me to break out my giant wool poncho which just made me so happy. Whoever invented ponchos is a genius... Wear a blanket to work? Don't mind if I do!
