I wish you the best. I had a massive, full thickness tear in my left shoulder as well and had my surgery two years ago this February. Keeping on a schedule with your meds is important. I slept in a Lazyboy chair for about four weeks and did everything I was told.
I hope you have a speedy recovery!

Happy Friday! I'm only working for a couple of more hours, then DH and I are going to Provincetown for the afternoon (beach walk, town stroll, etc).
My picture below is from a local estuary/reserve we walked at yesterday. As you can see, the trail by the water is pretty. Unfortunately on the north side there is a busy road, so there is lots of road noise. Provincetown should be more peaceful.
QOTD: Talk to me about forgetting when you are my age and post-menopause! I'll go to a room to get something, forget what it was and have to return where I started to remember again. EVERYTHING is on a list. Still, this is normal and not like DH's Alzheimer's issues - he wouldn't be able to make a list, much less find it and follow it.
CAMAW has been good. I haven't been hungry at all and my cravings for carbs have died way down since the beginning of the week.
1.5 years post-op (maintenance). 14 work days to retirement (11/13).
B: eggbeaters, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
