QOTD-Yes, I do loose things, all the time. I usually start frantically looking for what I lost, asking "where is my...." and then find it 5 minutes later in the first place I looked:-)
B-plain greek yogurt w/2tbsp PB2
L-Vanilla PP shake

D-Left over hamburger from last night's casserole and more cottage cheese

As you all so from my meat bag yesterday I have plenty of turkey ground beef and steak to eat today. All broken into 2 oz servings. I will be choosing them accordindly. So far 1/2 a turkey burger and 1 and 1/2 oz of ground beef.
I have lost 3 lbs which is a lot since I am a low weight already. lost a lot of inches and can feel my hip bones again which I love.
I work a lot on the weekends so I might not post til monday but plan to stay the course til then. The problem is I am busy and do not stop like I should and grazing starts and eating too fast too much and the wrong food catagories. I consider eating like this on the weekends meat only in 2 oz or less servings more often which would not take as much time and would keep me compliant and full.

It's not been a good day for my CAMAW, even though I haven't had any carbs, I am still eating too much. I couldn't sleep last night, and ate several string cheeses and some lunch meat in the middle of the night. I HATE when I do that.
QOTD: I lose stuff ALL THE TIME! My husband is so organized and I make him crazy with my flightiness, but he has stuck by me for 42 years, so I guess he doesn't hate it too much. LOL
B: 5 string cheeses and 3 ounces of lunch meat over several hours. UGH
L. Light and Fit yogurt with more lunch meat
S: string cheese again with one slice bacon
D: Looks like hubby has steak thawed out, so I'm assuming that's what we're having.
Still sick, so no exercise
V: complete for the day
Water: at least 100 ounces
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
