Wow! Lots going on on the menu thread today! Day 5 of AMAW/CAMAW and Photo Friday! Open topic for photos- mine is a progress pic since I'm now down 123 lbs- I was 170.9 this morning - so close to the 160s.

AMAW/CAMAW- tomorrow we will post 1 final post - separate from the menu post. Please visit that and post your final update and thoughts. Even if you weren't 100% compliant, we still want to hear from you!

QOTD: Do you lose things? I'm forever misplacing stuff! It drives me nuts and Find my iPhone is one of my favourite apps. Usually it's just I set something down in the wrong spot and then find it 2 minutes later. Recently though my hair dryer went missing. I know I always put it in the bathroom cabinet but I'm the only one that uses it and it wasn't there.

Accountbility was perfect yesterday - other than switching from AMAW to CAMAW, it's been a good week for me.

Menu:

B: Bacon from the cafeteria

L: Leftover bbq chicken

D: Not sure

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. This is the last quiet one for us for us for a couple of weeks- Owen is turning 13 next Friday and we are going to paintball on Saturday. Then the following weekend is Tyler's high school graduation.

I'm down again this morning so it appears that the stall is finally over. I'm just 2.2 pounds from goal and hoping that I can be there by the time I have my next appointment with my surgeon in 10 days.

QOTD: I'm pretty good about not losing things, but my wife on the other hand is always putting things down and losing them.

Menu:

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 oz ham

Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake

Lunch: turkey breast

Snack: 2 oz turkey breast

Dinner: crab cake

Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

Good morning :)

Yay, it's Friday!! We have nothing planned this weekend. No family events, no weddings, just a few little errands, that's it and it's awesome!!

I have been doing well on CAMAW but I'm only down a pound which is frustrating. I'm going to try to keep my momentum going and pick up lots of protein options this weekend for work. The people at work think I'm nuts, but it's all good. Someone offered me a bag of candy yesterday so I explained that I was doing a challenge this week. That seemed to satisfy her.

QOTD: I never used to lose things but twice last week I left my cellphone at home when I went out. And after we moved into our current house I often have trouble finding those things we don't use very often. We have a storage area in the basement so usually I start there!! Lol

Post-op two years, seven months.

Breakfast - Greek yogurt

Snack - egg

Lunch - chicken

Snack - turkey sausage

Snack - ham and cheese

Dinner - tbd... Nothing left in the fridge right now.

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water, vits, and restoralax.

I figured I'd check in post surgery, and see how you were all doing with AMAW/CAMAW.

Had surgery on my left shoulder/rotator cuff yesterday so rodeo number two starts.

Just finished my morning routine, settle down with my morning coffee. Ice pack on my shoulder. Oxsee down my throat.

Lauren my daughter from another mother and family arrive around noon, they decided to sleep at a rest stop. They were driving from Florida. I told her I take out the stuff for pancakes, eggs and bacon so I can be cooked when they get here so they don't feel the need to stop for food. They are here for her father-in-law's memorial service, so it was a happy coincidence that it falls at the same time as my surgery so I have someone here for the first week to help me.

My focus today is fluids fluids fluids, take the medicine, keep the ice on and off, rest. And make sure that I eat enough.
