What's on your Thursday menu RNYers? AMAW/CAMAW Day 4
Accountability: Had to drink NyQuil last night, so I could sleep, but other than that I have been on CAMAW 100%. Hope the NyQuil doesn't throw me off too much. I hate being sick, and a sore throat is my nemesis. Today isn't much better, but I hope I don't need the NyQuil tonight.
QOTD: if I have an hour alone I will either sew or catch up on Facebook and Obesity Help.
B: egg whites with chopped bacon and small amount of cheddar cheese.
S: I slice turkey breast with ½ cup homemade Greek yogurt.
L: tuna with salsa and cheddar cheese
S: homemade beef jerky
D: white fish
S: string cheese
E: probably not, as long as I have this sore throat
V: done for the day
W: at about 60 ounces already. Will have at least 100 ounces today
Weight yesterday, 155.2 (I think) today, 155.8. Up .6, but really swollen hands today, so need to drink lots of water.

An hour - definitely reading my Kobo - preferably outside. Accountability excellent - finding it easy to stick to the plan because it's not much different than I would normally eat.
B - protein shake and lots of black decaf. and clear tea
S - Chicken Pepperette
L - chicken breast with 1 oz. cheddar and one tbsp. Tzatziki
S - Pepperoni stick
D - same as lunch
S - 1/2 cup Skyr plain
Calories: 903, Protein: 130, Carbs: 13. All water and vitamins tonight.

I am doing so much better! I stopped at the grocery store and was going to purchase a couple of bags of pork rinds to put away for the weekend. Sure I was! I high tailed it right outta there without those rinds. Close call! Still on track. Have a lil tummy ache but feel amazingand know I have lost a couple of pounds. Will let you know tomorrow or on Saturday how much. I plan to go through the weekend with the challenge to make sure the addiction is long gone. Need to start adding those grees on Monday, though.
So far tuna creations and chuck steak. I will have more of one or the other or turkey burger tionight. No more snacking for a long while!
I took 2 hours today and tried on the clothes in my closet to make sure they all still fit and realized how nice it was to have all these choices with my outfits now! That is what I did for my fun time. Now back to work.

I'm SO late for today. It's honestly been a wild week.
So coming in late to this CAMAW Thursday!
First, an observation: my pouch is soooo little. I can barely eat 2 oz of meat. It's been filling me up so fast. My nose basically starts running after that first bite.
QOTD: In my alone time I like to read, journal, paint, do yoga, or if I'm really just wanting to chill I'll watch Netflix.
M:

It was a super small pouch day. The thought of eating even made me full. Lol.
