I hope this week is going great for everyone This is so funny but I find when I like something I keep eating the same thing over and over again until I am sick of it. Oh Well! If it works, right

Breakfast - eggs and bacon

Lunch - Chicken breast

Snack - protein drink

Dinner - steak I had bought some on sell with the thought of this week.

I do the exact same thing. I eat the same favorite thing over and over until I'm sick of it. Then I find something else I like and eat it over and over again.

Hi all, Happy Thursday!

For the first time since before my pre-op diet, I'm starting my day with a cup of coffee! Oh happy day!

QOTD: I would probably read, draw, play piano, or play around with Photoshop or Illustrator.

First: Coffee with Vanilla protein powder

B: salmon

L: 1.7 oz. turkey, 0.3 oz. cheddar

D: salmon. (It's so good!)

Water, water, water!
