I feel you, Teena. I am sooo close to the 160's I can taste it! 170.2 this morning. I have my 1 year appointment next Wednesday and I would love to be in the 160's by then. I'm going to try to keep up CAMAW until then. I'm not afraid to take off my pants for the weigh in, either!

CAMAW day 4

B: coffee with whole fairlife milk

L: turkey meatloaf, babybell cheese

S: HB eggs, yogurt (if I need it), decaf sugar-free vanilla coffee

D: turkey meatloaf with cheese--I have to fini**** up before it goes bad. Plus, if I melt mozzarella on it, it's extra yummy!

QOTD: My spare hour is before I go to bed and play Crystals. Dont know why I find that relaxing but I do. :)

Food for today:

1/14 scoop of syntrax cappucchino protein shake 145 calories and 31 grams protein

lunch: burger with mushroom 160 calories 23 grams protein

Dinner: chicken thigh with maybe couple teaspoons cauliflower 225 plus 23 grams protein

Snack: 1/2 low carb kroger yogurt 35 calories 4 grams protein

Total: 64 ounces of liquids, 82 grams protein 565 calories food and 25 crystal lite 3 grams sugar 7 carbs because multi vitamin is chewable

Good morning everyone! Working a half day today to take care of a lot of personal business this afternoon and then to go visit my dad. I had a disturbing dream about my dad last night regarding his health, so I'm really glad I'm going today.

I am now the proud owner of an apple watch!! I've wanted one for so long. Man, is it COOL! I'm still figuring it out and having fun. Now I need Bluetooth headphones and a different band - I don't care for the gray one it came with.

QOTD - If I have an hour, I'm either going to read, write or watch a prized DVR show that only I enjoy.

Good morning all,

Okay folks, I need some advice! The last time I did CAMAW, I was very constipated. This time, I have the opposite problem. Full disclosure...just before we started this challenge, I went on a girls weekend where I way over indulged in VODKA on Friday. I paid for it the rest of the weekend. Pouch was not happy, head hurt and intestinal distress started Sunday. This was my first time drinking alcohol. Did I just freak out my liver/gall bladder/new intestines or could it be something else??? Thoughts anyone?

QOTD: I LOVE time to myself. I usually try to catch up on magazines that have stacked up or tv shows i recorded.
