QOTD: I would paint my fingernails and watch Star Trek-Discovery
B1: 2 cups coffee with half and half
B2: hard boiled egg and 1/2 cup banana coconut milk steel cup oats
S1: one slice sweet baloney
S2: one slice deli turkey
L1: thai shrimp (2-3), onions + bell peppers +rice noodles + sauce
S3: 1/2 hard boiled egg
E: 50 minute leisurely walk with stairs
D1: Turkey + pear+ havarti meat wrap (2)
S4: raw veggies + hummus
S5 (before bed) 2oz pot roast

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat
Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
Good Thursday morning menu folks! I'm loving these cool fall mornings, although today is supposed to get into the 70s later on.
QOTD: I do alot of reading, so I would probably read or crochet.
Menu:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 pieces turkey bacon
Snack: Cappuccino protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Herb Mustard salmon
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast
Dinner: sashimi
Exercise: long walk, deep water aerobics
HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

I've been kinda swamped this week so my posts have been infrequent, but I'm behaving. Menu for today:
B: Protein shake once I got to work.
MS: Oikos 000 (cherry, I think)
L: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, a handful of mixed raw veggies with 1.5 oz lf dip/dressing
AS: Oikos 000 (peach)
S: Probably a piece of curried chicken, but unsure.
ES: Not sure. My folks are coming tonight for a visit so there will definitely be coffee. Probably keep it pretty much to that though. I'm trying to not eat anything past 7. Sometimes that's fine, sometimes it's not. Depends on the calories of any given day I guess, but I want to eliminate it altogether. LOL
QOTD: I'd probably put the IEM's in (In-ear monitors, or fancy earbuds) and drum for an hour. I do that to keep my chops up, loosen up my always-tense shoulders and neck, and I burn about 600 calories an hour if I'm playing music that really gets the heartrate up. Then again, maybe I'd go for a bike ride now that my noble steed (Stella) is fixed up. She took over $400 in repairs recently, which hit my wallet pretty hard, but it's my vehicle (my wife gets our family vehicle daily, and I cycle/walk commute). I've always enjoyed biking. It relaxes me.
Being down the weight I am, I'm only into fall now and I'm REALLY feeling the cold already. Later on this fall and into winter, I'd bet that the "blanket and an episode of Breaking Bad" would be my answer.
Thank goodness it's Thursday! I have a long day at work today by design but my day will be super short tomorrow. Saturday night both children will be gone overnight. We haven't had a night to ourselves in months. I'm so excited and we don't even have plans yet!
QOTD: I always throw on Great British Bake-off and play on my phone. I've watched it so much that my family groans every time they hear the music. But I can watch it all the time!

Quick post as I have tons to do to finish getting to leave town about noon for a cowboy shoot. Accountability sucked because I was exhausted. I found an almond cake hubby bought a week and a half ago and never even touched. I ate a piece and even though I felt miserable I would have eaten more had I not thrown it away. I did warn him thatbI was pitching it though. I wish the fat girl who loves sweets would get out of my head! Post op 5 years 1.5 months and weight at 118.2 today. Food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli chicken with cheese 1/2 c carrot sticks D 4 oz black and blue burger 1/2 c green beans S 5 oz yogurt string cheese. Three point 6 miles done with Lily and will do more this evening. Out of here!
LOL! I've done the same thing! When I throw out stuff like that I usually wrap it in one of the dogs used pee pads (makes that craving go away REALLY fast!).
