What's on your Wednesday Menu RNYers? AMAW/CAMAW Day 3!
OK. doing better today! Not so much head hunger! Stressful day and had to have my semi new car towed into dealer and started to feel hungry but recognized the feeling was wanting to be drowned by food. No more Mr. head! Yay! Still compliant all the way!
Round steak and more round steak today. Also tuna fish creations was added in which I found out was compliant. Love tuna fish creations! tons of water in! Love my water! Always get at least 2 gallons a day!
Missed my run over the crazy car situation but still had my weights and all other exercise in so at least 1 good hour.
Why am I so cold at 65 degrees?? I am wearing my grandchild's giant puffy coat. Lol!
The farthest away I traveled to was Siberia. Now that was cold!
QOTD: Cairo Egypt - This my midlife crisis trip and I loved it so much I went back for a second visit the next fall.
Accountability: Day three and I'm out of the CAMAW running - it was pumpkin curry that did me in...

Late in the day for me! I have been diligently doing boring transition work. CAMAW is going well other than constipation (I feel truly full of it).
QOTD: I've been on a couple of Caribbean cruises, go to Aruba each year and have been to Ireland and Italy. I don't know which is the furthest. Now I'm hoping for one more trip to Paris with DH next year. I don't think he will be able to handle anything too much after that (though we will continue going to our timeshare in Aruba as long as we can. We stay in the same unit and see the same people every year so the familiarity works for him).
1.5 years post-op (maintenance). 15 work days to retirement (11/13).
B: eggbeaters, cottage cheese and ham
L: roast turkey, ham and cheese
D: Halibut (last of 3 nights - it was great!)
S: Yogurt, cheese sticks

Yes, bit it feels slow during the work day (transition work is sooooo boring).

I started going through my file cabinets and email today - pitching some stuff and bringing some home. Some I'll need to pass on. Figured I'd start now and do it when I have time here and there rather than try to frantically plow through it all my last couple of weeks there. Plus it's pretty boring - nothing I'd want to spend more than like an hour on at a pop...
I had to move offices about a year ago and got rid of all my old paper files, so cleaning my office was easy. I already brought my personal stuff home (since I only plan to be there twice more). Sounds like you are in the "I'm ready" frame of mind? It gets much harder to stay once that happens (and especially once a firm date is set).

yes, I'm ready. No firm date set yet, but my pat answer is "next summer". I've added that I could potentially get to next summer and decide to hang on one more year, but to honest, I can't see that at all. I just want to leave that avenue open *just in case*. But I can't imagine staying on another year.
