Good afternoon menu peeps!

Accountability: good but not perfect

QOTD: I'm a person who needs a reason to get out of bed before 9AM. Like a real reason. Breakfast works, meeting someone to workout counts, getting to work is motivation but I won't get up just to get up. Once I'm upright I'm in a pretty OK mood, but coffee is helpful for any critical thinking issues!

It was so chilly this morning I let my irrational morning self talk me out of swimming, then when I went to ride my bike to work I discovered that my bike was missing. Oh city life!!! Tonight I'll take the dogs for a 3 mile walk.

Howdy,

Been gone for a few days. Not really logging my food but I am compliant and not snacking or eating bad stuff.

Today:

3 ounces of cold cuts and 1/2 ounce cheese on a half of low carb wrap: 175 calories 24 grams protein

Protein shake banana isopure 25 grams protein and 120 calories

Dinner: chicken thigh with green beans 25 grams protein 195 calories

Protein pudding with PB powder 15 grams protein 110 calories

All vits, 64 ounces water 89 grams protein 600 calories plus 55 for crystal lite and vitamins 655 total

QOTD: I am NOT a morning person. I hate mornings but I have to be teaching at 7:15 am.... I survive but it's not how I like to roll. I don't like getting up super late either but if I had my way, I'd get out of bed between 8 and 9.

OK. I made it through my 2nd day but not without struggling. I am having some serious head hunger going on. I realized I must be way out of control with my snacking and grazing to be struggling this much. Missing yogurt shakes prk rinds and peanuts big time! This challenge came at a great time! I am going to try to carry this amaw through the weekend to break the addiction and slowly start adding my green veggies back in. The struggle is REAL!

Ate the same as yesterday but cooked turkey burgers to add to the mix. So steak, ground beef and turkey burger today. I will add in tuna tomorrow.

Sorry to be so late in posting. I was busy all day and didn?t have time to slow down and write, but I did stick to the CAMAW program.

Yesterday's weight 157.9, today's weight 155.4. Love losing all the water weight!

QOTD: Ach, I hate mornings! My husband is ALWAYS up before me, and usually wants to walk before 8:00, but I have a very difficult time cooperating. I get my best work done in the evening and late into the night.

Accountability: my hairdresser set chips and salsa down next to me, so I could snack while I was under the dryer. I didn?t touch them, but boy was I ever tempted!

B: scrambled egg whites with a little cheese and 2 pieces of bacon

L: homemade low fat mozzarella with bacon

S: homemade plain Greek yogurt

D: hamburger patty with 2 kinds of cheese

S: homemade carb free beef jerky

E: not nearly enough

V: done

W: at least 100 ounces

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
