Good morning ~ I'm so over the weather here - the 80/90's are killing me. In CA, we don't really have a 'fall'. Winter is more like fall and it takes its sweet time getting here. I'm ready with new sweaters and boots, geez -bring it already.

I tried black coffee again today and tossed it. I don't get it. I was able to handle it during the June AMAW. I almost cracked and added cream but made tea instead - ugh!

QOTD - I am a definitely a morning person. I like going to bed early and getting up early. I prefer a slow quiet pace, but can hit the ground running when needed. I'm usually pretty happy in the morning and rarely (if ever) grumpy.

Accountability - on track

10 mo post op - bummed I am up .8 today... 171.3

I'm not sure I'm going to make it either! I miss my yummy coffee and the glorious caffeine - it's throwing my body off...

Good morning!

I started going to the chiropractor about 6 years ago and it's been great for me. My hips tend to get out of whack after I had kids. I'm trying to convince my husband to go since he's been having weird hip pains (not related to bearing children, lol).

If I've had enough sleep, I can be chipper in the morning. If I haven'****ch out.

CAMAW day 2! Yesterday I ate more calories that I expected, but I stayed true to the rules. 173.2 this morning.

B: coffee with whole fairlife milk

L: turkey meatloaf

D: chicken breast with tzatziki sauce

S: HB eggs, cheese

Stay strong!

Hi All, I am not doing AMAW/CAMAW with you this week. I found that while cutting carbs is good for my body...being on a one week "diet" is very very very bad for my head. It brought me back to a lot of pre-op feelings and behaviors that were not healthy, so even though I try to stay low carb high-protein every day, I cannot participate in challenges anymore :(

QOTD: I am the morningist of morning people! It's really still the middle of the night when I get up most days, LOL. But I know that I do my best thinking before 6am and it all goes down hill from there! So if there is a problem at work that is plaguing me, I have to sleep on it and work on it in the morning.

Accountability: All good, plus I have stuck to my 10,000 step goal.

That is awesome that you recognize that about yourself (challenges) JB! I think that is incredible progress right there.

I think I must be the same way, as I'm experiencing so many old pre op feelings on this challenge.
