QOTD: I always used to be a very late night person and slept in late, but now in my "old age" I tend to get up around 6 am every morning for some odd reason. My dog often wakes me up early, but even when she doesn't I wake up then. I usually take an afternoon nap, though.
Accountability: Yesterday: Stayed with CAMAW. Protein - 124, Calories - 1,183, Carbs - 33.
