I try to remind myself that this is how I got fat in the first place. I need to learn that emotional eating is NOT healthy either mentally or physically. Yesterday my inner fat girl won, I will not let her win!

Thats what I did the other day. I got down to my lowest weight and somehow chocolate chip cookies doritos and nachos went into my pie hole over the wknd. The old fat girl came for a visit.... UGGGGHHH

I keep thinking that inner fat girl will get tired of losing and go away but its been 5 years and she's still going strong. We just have to fight her one stinking choice at a time.

Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!

QOTD: I always used to be a very late night person and slept in late, but now in my "old age" I tend to get up around 6 am every morning for some odd reason. My dog often wakes me up early, but even when she doesn't I wake up then. I usually take an afternoon nap, though.

Accountability: Yesterday: Stayed with CAMAW. Protein - 124, Calories - 1,183, Carbs - 33.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: hamburger patty, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: rib-eye steak

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

E: walking and 1 hour horseback riding!

I'm going on a trail ride with a friend and my daughter on October 28th. I'm so excited about it! I need to get into the saddle a few times before that though... maybe you'll inspire me to do that this week!
